Album can't be deleted from library

I have added an album to the library. It shows up on the left library bar now on Windows desktop version. I click on the heart icon to remove it from the library, yet it stays, the heart icon activates itself right away. I have tried to restart the client, even logged out. No chance. I can't get this album out of my library. The heart icon just enables itself all the time again!

That's odd. I'd recommend you try un-liking the album from the Web Player or another device, your phone for example.

This could also be caused by an external app you've linked your Spotify profile to, so it's worth checking your account page and revoking the access of those you don't recognize.
