My Question or Issue

I use Spotify web and recently I've noticed that the liked albums tab won't load, later I found out the same happened with podcasts and artists. I've tried clearing my cache and it hasn't worked. I've logged on with another account and seemed like it was on a different version of the app. Any suggestions?

Nevermind, I've updated my version of chrome and it seems that my issue is fixed. I have the new update and I can see all my saved albums, thank you for your patience, tips and help!

Hey @Miguep26,

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've tried so far.

The difference in the interface in the two accounts might be due to the recent update we've introduced (more info here). 

 

As a next step in troubleshooting this issue, can you please check your hosts file using these steps and see if the issue persits in a different browser?

Hi there,

Thanks for the quick response!

I've tried logging on microsoft edge and still doesn't load. I downloaded the app to check and it loads just fine, perhaps this new update hasn't been applied to my account yet? I've also tried the steps that you sent me but when opening the file I can't find any entries with spotify or fastly.

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info sent.

 

To continue investigating this case, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

 

Also, could you check if the issue persists with a different Wi-Fi connection? In case you don't have another one, you can use a mobile data hotspot. This will give us a better look at the issue.

Hi there,

I've tried on different Wi-Fi connections and none of them loaded the albums tab. Today I tried on a different laptop and my profile loaded with the new update that Spotify introduced and my saved albums loaded. While on my laptop seems like it remains in a previous update. Perhaps getting this new update in my laptop solves the problem. Any tips on that?
