All Songs Missing on All Devices even after reinstalling, rebooting

Today, I added 3 new songs. When I went to my Songs list on my Windows 10 desktop, instead of seeing my thousands of songs, I only see the 3 I just added.

I uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled Spotify desktop. I still only have those 3 songs. I checked my Android phone, and it only lists those 3 songs, too. All of my playlists are there, but are empty.

Any ideas? Help!

(Note: I have Spotify Family connected to Facebook. Also, I recently had a BSOD on Windows while listening, not sure if related)
