All tracks unavailable

Good afternoon,

I am trying to listen music in the pc but when I select any song it appears unavailable and asks me to uploaded from the pc if I have the file. In my phone I can use Spotify without problems.

How can I solve this issue?

It didn't work. I restart the computer and the problem is still there.

Hi,

Try turning offline mode on and off via the Preferences menu you can access by pressing Ctrl+P.

If that still doesn't work, try deleting the folder [username]\AppData\Local\Spotify containing some temporary files that might be corrupt.

Thank you. I uninstall and then install again the program and it worked.
