My Question or Issue

Hii A black bar obscures the bottom part of the Spotify app it so annoying and it's not showing the songs column fully also the lyrics shows not fully as the older version that i used to, he was hide the black bar when the lyric shows compared to the new update


--Any help or solution I would be grateful--

 and don't mind my poor english (~_^)

Hi there @OOPlayer,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Since you're on the free service, most likely this banner is some sort of ad that is trying to display but isn't able to due to some restrictions, so if you have any standalone ad-blocking apps or use a VPN, try disabling those and see if that makes a difference. Consider also reviewing your firewall and antivirus settings as those might be blocking data flow too.
