Black screen when searchin an artist etc

When I search for an artist etc I only get a black (and sometimes white) screen where the result usually is shown (i.e. the main field of the screen).

The same happens for the choices Start, Activity and Radio....     Most often the screen is only black, sometimes it is white and sometimes I get the black screen with the "waiting-wheel" that is frozen.

When I click on "top lists" it works just fine and also when I go in to my own playlists I get all the information.

It seems like all pages with some kind of graphics do not work.

I run Windows 8.1 and Spotify ver 0.9.15.27.g87efe634.

No error messages at all.

Please help!

You need to go to preferences and uncheck Hardware acceleration.
