Can connect to Wifi device with phone but not with Notebook

My Question or Issue

Hey, everything worked fine for years, but since i couple month I cant finde my wifi device with my Notebook App anymore. On my phone it is no problem. Both are connected to the same Wifi. I tired reinstalling and updating spotify and it worked again for like one day but next day - same old issue.

Any hints are highly appreciated

Just to confirm, is the problem that Spotify Connect is not working from your notebook? If not, could you send a more detailed description of the situation? Or you could send a screenshot so we can better understand what's happening. 

If that is the case, we'd recommend restarting your router to see if that makes a difference. It's also a good idea to go into the Desktop app's Settings and double-check if the proxy settings are set to default (auto-detect).

On another note, do you notice any difference when using the Web Player instead of the app? 

Lastly, we understand you already reinstalled the Spotify app, but we recommend performing a clean reinstall by following these steps.
