Can't login on work computer. Service "temporarily unavailable"

I am trying to use spotify on my newly-issued work computer but it won't let me login to my account. It displays a message that states "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later (Error Code: 7)." I know that our firm allows use of spotify on work computers, and everyone else's spotify in teh office seems to be working just fine. How can I fix this?

Can you post system and application information?

You can try to run the application in administration mode and/or different compatibility modes. If none of these work try to run the installer with administrator rights.
