Can't unfollow playlist

Hi!  With version 1.0.53.758.gde3fc4b2 seems to be impossible to unfollow playlist. The option is in mouse menu, but nothing happens. Wild Guess: username has changed and the original playlist does not exist. The playlist is 'Finland Top 50'. Original user: Spotify, new user: spotifycharts. How to get rid of unplayable playlist ?

You may try logging out and back in. Sometimes its the easiest method for fixing issues.
Another method is reinstall.
