Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

For starters, we'd recommend clearing the cache from your Spotify app's Settings > Storage. Then restart Spotify and check if that makes a difference. You can also try going to Settings > Devices and turn on the option Show local devices only.

If this doesn't help, then it's best to perform a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. No worries, you won't lose any content, but you might need to download your offline music again.

Now, if you notice any other odd activity or the speakers are getting selected without you doing it, we'd recommend following the steps here to secure your account.

If the issue persists, could you send over a screenshot of how these devices are showing up? We'll take a look.

Cheers!

I have some old speaker groups listed as devices I can choose for output of Spotify sound. I cannot delete them. They are listed on "other networks" list They are no longer listed on Alexa anymore either. I disabled Alexa skill and re-enabled it. No change.

What is the difference between "This Network" and "Other Networks" list? I only have one network I use (using Mesh format).
