My Question or Issue

For months now, the video quality of podcasts remains utter garbage. I have a GoF connection of 50gb up and down, using just one device and still the quality of videos doesn't come close to 720p. I previously had contact with Support on this, they just let me download random and previous installs of the desktop app back and forth which doesn't resolve the issue at all. 

In other posts, moderators are refering to all kinds of thing wrong on the user end or the producers side, but it is clearly something wrong on the way you guys are handeling those streams through the desktop app and that app only. Mobile works fine, webplayer works fine, playing audio in desktop... that all works. But you cannot seems to fix this problem which is known in this community for months now and it is getting ridiculous at this point. 

And why on earth are there no settings to change regarding video in Desktop?

It used to work fine and dandy until after some point in 2023, all went downhill and i cannot seem to fathom why this cannot be resolved?

I am a paying member, not having free plan and still this persist.

Come on Spotify, what is going on there???  Fix this bug already!
