Error 4 or Cannot play message on Desktop Version

Error 4 or Cannot play message on Desktop Version

I am fully connected to my Internet and all other sites, mail, browses, etc are working correctly but Spotify sends me errors messages that I am offline, or and error 4, or that they cannot play the song right now.  Once a song does begin to play, it will stop a few seconds in with one of these error messages. This is does not happen on my mobile or tablet as of yet. 

This is VERY frustrating as I pay for Premium membership and should be able to listen on a desktop computer.

Can you please advise how to fix this so I can listen to music continuously?
