Error al instalar Spotify

Desde hace unos dias me fallaba Spotify, cuando lo abria me daba un error en linea y se cerraba el programa ("APPCRASH"), decido desinstalar y volver a instalar de nuevo, y ya ni siquiera lo instala, abro el instalador y vuelve a dar el error en linea... ("APPCRASH").

Bueno, pues como llevaba tiempo pensando en reinstalar Windows, aprovecho la ocasion, formateo el disco duro y hago una instalacion limpia de mi sitema y el mismo error al instalar Spotify. Nada, error en linea, al dar en mas detalles me aparece "APPCRASH" de nuevo.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. First, make sure to remove the Spotify folder from your "/appdata/" folders and try again from here.

If that doesn't work, try starting up Spotify while in Safe Mode, and lastly, make sure you don't have any special characters in your username on your computer. If you have, try changing it into something with only letters and see if you can install the app.
