Everytime I Restart Computer ALL songs need to be downloaded again. About to cancel.

This last few weeks, I've had to re-download over 2600 ofline songs about five times. However, now, EVER TIME I restart my laptop I've lost all of my offline music. It stays downloaded on my phone, the issue is with the desktop version.

I've had this problem a few times in around the four years I've had spotify premium which sporadically I don't mind so much, but EVERYTIME? I use it only on Echo, Windows Laptop & Android Phone.

I don't want to hear it is a problem my end because as I say, no issue for years until this last month and a qucik glance around the community here I'm not the only one this has happened to.

I don't have the data to be downloading 2600 songs each and every day.

I know spotify is currently the market leader but I'm seriously considering switching to another service just because I'm totally fed up with this.

What the **bleep** is going on.
