HAVING PROBLEMS PLAYING SPOTIFY ON MY LAPTP

After a visit from Telenet yesterday and installing an extra "Access point" I thought

my problems were solved streaming Spotify from my laptop to the receiver. I have a brand new receiver with spotify connect. I thought that with spotify connect the receiver collects the music from the cable via the television, and my laptop only functions as a remote control. But today while using Spotify music stops twice, and spotify blocked once, so I had to restart on the laptop. I checked that WIFI and BLUETOOTH are working on the laptop. How can I solve this problem?

Can you please let me know what kind of receiver with Spotify connect you have?

Spotify connect controls most of the receivers via the network ( they need to be on the same network. )

My receiver is a Marantz SR5011 with spotify.

Today i deleted the virusscanner Mcafee completly.

Instead I use now Windows Defender

After deleting Mcafee Spotify works but now and then it stops completely and after a while it just go further.
