You should be able to toggle Repeat on/off from the playback controls:
In case you don't see this in the app, please share the exact version of Spotify you're running. A screenshot which shows how things look on your end would also be greatly appreciated.
If you haven't already, try performing a clean reinstall of the app to see if that fixes it.
