So any playlist are just empty (also public playlist and playlist from other users).
On the screenshot the app is in french but it says : 'Start adding some songs' (so the playlist is empty).
I've tried a clean reinstall.
I've tried to disable software acceleration.
Updating my comp.

This a known bug with the desktop app and Spotify is investigating the issue. There is a workaround which seems to be working for some users. Can you try the following steps:

I'm having the exact same problem
I've been having this problem for weeks now, too. Have reinstalled Spotify at least four times/rebooted my laptop and nothing's helped. My playlists look just like yours.
