I can’t no longer download liked songs

At the start of the year I was capable listen my favourite song offline, but like a month ago when I was offline a wasn’t able to play any liked song and the download button for liked songs also disappeared. There is no other problem download anything else but it’s to many steps to add song to playlist then just to liked them. I tried to delete cache, reinstall app and many other thing that people suggested, but nothing help. Hope this is just some bug that could be fixed with next update

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on your phone? 

If this is only happening on your phone, could you try logging out and then logging back in twice in a row to see if that makes the difference? We know this sounds odd, but it'll trigger a sync between your account and phone. 

If this doesn't do the trick, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

If the issue persists afterwards, could you let us know if the offline songs are grayed out but it looks like they are downloaded? If so, it sounds like you're experiencing this Ongoing issue. If so, you can add your vote to it by clicking on the Thumbs up icon and subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. We'll be sure to keep you updated with any news on the matter there.

If that's not the case, could you send us a screenshot of how your Liked songs playlist looks like on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
