I don't see one specific person in my friends activity

I don't see one specific person in my friends activity even though I don't have them blocked, we both use facebook, and we follow each other. I've already done the following and nothing...

- restarted the device
- I logged out and logged in
- reinstalled the apps
- the software is up to date
- operating system is up to date
- I tested different connections
- "see what your friends are playing" option is on

No effect... Help pls :'(

Hi!

Since you can't see only this one user, it seems like they do not have their listening activity shared on Spotify.

Please have them check this setting on Spotify. It is turned off by default.

This is happening to me too, and I've tried everything support has asked! I have to go unfollow and refollow them for them to show up again. It's very weird, it started this past weekend.

Thanks for your reply and for the info shared.

If your friend feed is working as intended and you can see other users activity, it's possible your friend has deactivated the feature in their app settings. So, in this case, there's a couple of things you can check first:

• Make sure you're following this user in app, not just artists.
• The user must have enabled permissions to share their listening activity under settings from their own account.
• The user must have listened to a track for at least 30 secs within the last week.

Take into account Friend Activity might not update in real time. You can read more about it here and, If the issue persists, you can follow the basic troubleshooting there.

Hi there, I know I'm late but I came across this problem just now myself. I resolved it by unfollowing and following again the person. I hope they fix this bug from within however.
