I enter my email and then nothing happens and it disapears

i type up my email then i press enter but what i typed disapears from the screen and nothing happens i type my email over and over but everytime i press enter the email disapears

Is this happening when you try to register in the Spotify app? You could also try other options like phone number, Facebook or Apple accounts. Find more info in Getting Started on Spotify.
