I uploaded an album to my spotify and I can't do it again.

Hi, I recently added an album to my Spotify. I know how to do it Preferences>add a local source>local file etc...

It was a success, I created a playlist for the album and it was set on my PC then I tried to do the same for my phone so I can also listen to it on my phone. Unfortunately I clicked on the "Download" button and the entire album was gone from my library. So I tried to do the same thing but it won't work anymore. The songs aren't appearing on the "Local files" tab. I don't know what to do I need help please.
