Images (album art, artist pictures) frequently do not load

My Question or Issue

Album art and artist pictures often (50-75% of the time) just don't load and the default placeholder is shown.

I have done the full clean reinstall process several times.

This has been consistently happening for months.

Thanks for reaching out.

Is this only on PC or on other devices as well? What about the webplayer? When did it start happening? Consider testing however possible if the same occurs on different networks as well. If you use a VPN or proxy network of any kind, disable those as they may be interfering with the app's ability to communicate with the servers.
