In Genres and Moods, I can't see "My year in music" or "2016 wrapped" or whatever it's called...

In Genres and Moods, I can't see "My year in music" or "2016 wrapped" or whatever it's called...

I saw the playlist maybe a few days ago in the Genres & Moods section, however it is no longer there, I tried to look for it in the Spotify desktop and Web browser applications, to no avail as I could not find it. Where did it go? 

I have searched and searched on these forums and I could not find a question with a similar issue.

That's super odd. Have you tried logging out and back into your account? It might shake things up.

I'm still not getting it. I only got the Year in music in the app... Is there a way to update the desktop client?

I'd recommend to try a clean re-install of the app, as it usually fixes any glitch. You can follow the steps here.

PS. Make sure to clear out the cache memory memory of Spotify so that it re-installs anew.

Just did a clean reinstall and cleared the cache - nothing changed. Everything is the same as it was before...

Hey again @bearmohawk 🙂

 

Since the clean re-install didn't work, would you mind opening this link to get you in the Wrapped 2016 page manually? It should open in the web browser player. However, you can copy/paste it in the Search box of the desktop client as well and it should take you there.

 

Make sure to follow the playlists in case you have trouble finding them again!
