My Question or Issue

In the fast few weeks spotifys been acting really odd when it comes to listening parties.. i joined up onto a friends party and the song doesnt play right away.. generally when theyre about a minute or so into the song it will start for me and only play the rest of the song.. they never start in the beginning and rarely if ever play at the same time.. it used to play just fine but now its so uneven its really hard to listen

and when i invite them sometimes the songs doesnt even switch to the new one that im listening to.. sometimes it does the same thing for my friend.. 

I know its not the crossfade as his is never on and mine isnt on.. im not sure what the issue is.. but its strange and makes spotify almost unlistenable.. is there a fix or something for it? being a premium user i would expect the program to work a little bit better than this. I mean a listening party should be able to listen to the same song at the exact same time.
