Local File songs not playing

Recently updated to Windows 10, and ever since, have not been able to play tracks that I have on Local File. 
NO local files will play, nor any songs on the Spotify directory that I have as local files too. 

EG; I have the song "Dark Storms (Acoustic)" by Our Last Night in my local files, but when I go to playlists, saved music or the artists page within Spotify and play the song from there, I get this message:
"This song is not available, if you have the file on your computer you can import it" 

This is happening with every track within my files.

AND NO RESPONSE HERE FROM SPOTIFY....

I think this is the final nail in the spotify Premium coffin for me. I'm so sick of this. the "Local Files" interface is absolute ABSOLUTE garbage and now it won't even work. I can't DJ most of my files. I've been not wanting to rebuild all my darn playlists but I think it's time to just go ahead and start... HELLO GOOGLE PLAY!

Exact same problem here. No fix seems to work here.
