Local music is played too loud

I think there might be a bug with the 'set same volume level for all tracks' feature. My local tracks always plays louder than tracks from the Spotify cloud. Could this be fixed please? I always have to lower the volume (~20%) or skip the song because it's too loud.

Windows 8.1. Spotify v0.9.10.7.g1826e03e

I'm almost certain the "set same volume level" (and a few other options) don't apply to local files, only Spotify content.

Would still be nice with an official reply on this issue. Or could Spotify care less about our local files?

This is real annoying bug. Please fix it ASAP if you call it "MUSIC PLAYER".
