That's odd. Have you tried a clean reinstall of the app to see if that does the trick? It's also worth installing Spotify from another source: if you downloaded the app from our website, try the one from the Microsoft Store, and vice-versa.

You might have also accidentally logged in to an old account of yours. I recommend checking out this article for more info.
