My Spotify won't play songs after a couple of seconds

I have been using spotify for the past couple of years now at this point and this is the first issue that I have personally came accross. I have been using the basic windows spotify version but I am recently bought a subscripton for spotify. for some reason my spotify will only play specific songs in any of my playlist or it will play a couple seconds of the song or won't even play it at all.

I have tried to reinstall it again multiple times, I have checked for audio updates numerous times, I have been using the same computer for the past years as well to listen to music AND i have boughten a brand new laptop that has the same exact issues that my main PC has,I have tried to download the song tracks multiple times but it won't let me download any of the songs; I have even looked hours through threads on why my spotify just doesn't work anymore. But ever since I installed the new windows update for spotify, my spotify hasn't been the same ever since.

This is a known issue, and thankfully we have a solution! Try this out and see how you go. If you are still experiencing the problem, I encourage you to add to the issue report so the Spotify team can resolve this problem.

Thanks for the help. I did what i was told to do like uninstall and such but now all of my songs on the desktop app are now gone. but my playlists are still there on the web app AFTER I fixed the first issue. so for now, I am being forced to listen to music from the web app which some how connects to my desktop app when i play music...
