My spotify suddenly low sound and starts playing a really weird playlist

This is actually very weird and it happens always when i listen to spotify in my pc, suddenly sound goes off and start playin a astist ive never searched before, artist name is Justin.Paris.2222, please solve this i really started thinking my spotify account was hacked but i checked it and nothing is wong, i think is an app poblem or something realted to that.

I am too having this problem, I've contacted support and they have me a bunch of things to do which didn't work, one thing they said was to wait because it might be their new system that recommends new songs based on what you listen to but I had that turned off (I even had the artist set to not play) and if that was the case then it wouldn't be the one artist. Their last resort was deleting your account, creating a new one and they'll transfer your data over, I wouldn't recommend doing that as it might not even work but yeah. One thing I noticed happening was it would switch to this piano song and you would hear a really loud single note (like less than one second of the song) before it turns the volume to 1 (for some reason the volume doesn't actually go to exactly 0) and then switches again to that artist (there's actually 3 artists that it can switch to, I've had mine switch to three different ones)

You literally the only other person I have found who is also having this very annoying issue, this stupid bug or whatever ruined my wrapped for this year (not by much, justin.paris.2222 was my top artists, 600 min of playing them, my other top artists and top songs were hazbin hotel and minecraft, I had a really bad hazbin hotel phase for like 4 months O.o), but that's all my infomation I have on it, if you find the solution then please tell me.
