No songs in playlist

Hi, my spotify started by not playing any songs that weren't in my playlist and wouldn't add songs that I would add to my playlists on my PC but would add on my phone. A few days ago, no songs would show up in any playlist I would open. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall on my PC but it doesn't work. What should I do?
