My Question or Issue

All songs are now showing up greyed out regardless of where I find them (ie. either an artist page or my own playlist). When I try to play them it states that the content is not available.

 

I have tried deleting the app twice and removing its registry entries, but this has not worked.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

Just to confirm, did you follow these steps when reinstalling the app? Those are for a clean reinstall, which is more thorough than a regular one. We also suggest downloading the app again from the Microsoft Store.

 

If the issue persists, try restarting your router by unplugging it for a few seconds.

 

Lastly, make sure that Spotify doesn't have any restrictions in your firewall or antivirus.
