Not getting mails or phone notifications when someone follows me or my playlists

Hi,

I was pretty bummed when i found it there's no way to see your followers (seems like a very basic feature?) but i turned on my notifications so i'd recieve E-Mails and phone notifcations whenever i got a new follower.

As of now, i've recieved over 20 followers on my playlist and i haven't recieved a single mail. I made a new account and followed one of my playlists to test, and sure enough i still haven't recieved a mail telling me i've got a new follower (this was over 2 months ago).

I'm sure i've written in the correct mail because i still recieve other news from Spotify, but almost nothing (I got a notification an artist i was following released a new song, but i follow artists who release albums and singles all the time i never get any notifications).

In fact i haven't recieved a mail from spotify in around 2 months now, used to get them like once a week.
