Only saved songs or songs in playlists playing

My Question or Issue

Any song not in one of my playlists or that I have explicitly saved will play. Instead the album art comes up as black (sometimes appears if I have saved other songs in the album) and no audio is played and the track length is 0:00. Its not to do with downloading the songs as I have a free account and lots of songs in my playlists arent favorited and they still play. This is been happening on and off for a while now but only recently has it been all unfavourited songs. Ive tried a clean install before and it worked temporarily but the issue returned.
