Hey @emiferpro,
Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
In this case, we suggest you log out and log in twice in a row to your Spotify account. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.
If the above doesn't do the trick and you continue seeing the playlist, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app on your device. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can follow the instructions in this article to do it.
If you notice this behavior persists, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're running there?
Keep us in the loop!
Hey @emiferpro,
Thanks for your reply and for the info shared.
In this case, you can check for possible new version updates in the three-dot menu that you can find at the left-top of your screen in the desktop app. There, select Help> About Spotify. If there’s a new version available, you’ll see a button that says "restart to install". Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
If the above doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us a screenshot of how you see the deleted playlist on your side? It'll help us visualize better what's happening.
Lastly, can you see the playlist if you open your account on a different computer? It'd be awesome if you could check. If possible, you can ask for the computer of a relative or friend to open your account and check.
We'll be on the lookout!
Hi again, i tried linux, windows and mac computers from friends and nothing, i cant delete that playlist
Hey @emiferpro,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Just to confirm, are you still seeing the playlist in Your Library or only in your Recently played section? Sending us a screenshot of it would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
We'll be on the lookout.
Hey @emiferpro,
Thanks for the reply.
Could you use the web player for a bit as this helps in updating the shortcuts? We think this may be related to a cache left behind somewhere. After 4-5 days it should be ok. Let us know, if it is not ok after 4-5 days.
Keep us posted,
Cheers!
