Hey there, @Meep101,

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Does this message show up when viewing someone else's playlists? If so, they might have set them to Private and you'd need collaborator access in order to view them. Another reason as to why this might be happening is that they've blocked your profile.

If this is happening with your own playlists, check if connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot makes any difference. If possible, test with another device as well. I'd also recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app - this will take care of any potentially corrupted cache and ensure you're running the latest version of Spotify.

As for the lyrics, note that they may not be available on all songs and devices, but do try the troubleshooting steps above to see if they help resolve the issue. In any case, new lyrics are added every day, so you may find what you’re looking for in the future.

Let us know how it goes 👍
