Problem downloading songs in windows 10

I'm a premium user but the "download" switch doesnt appear in "Your Music" > Songs.

I want to download the songs from the the songs i clicked "Save to Your Music", cut the **bleep** about making the songs i want to download into a playlist and downloading the playlist.

Your Music (the saved ones) and the playlists are completely different.

The 'Your Music' is intended to allow people to build up a collection of their favorite content separate to playlists.
