Queue not working even after reinstall and restart of Windows (desktop).

Queue not working even after reinstall and restart of Windows (desktop).

Premium family subscription. I do not get "add to queue" as an option on songs, and cannot drag a song to the queue. I have restarted the computer and uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify, but no change in the queue issue. Add to queue is working when I use the app on my phone.

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community and welcome!

 

Great job for already testing with a reinstall, but just to be on the safe side since you mentioned it works on the phone, could you take a look at the steps here for a clean reinstall and let us know if you've gone over them? It's more detailed than a regular reinstall and helps with different performance issues.

 

On Windows it's possible to download Spotify both from our website and the Microsoft Store and after the reinstall I recommend that you get the version that you weren't using so far to test if there will be any difference.

 

Additionally, it would also be helpful if you could log in to the Web Player and let us know if you're able to add to the queue there.
