Quick search not working anymore since the last update

My Question or Issue

So if you, like me have a large playlist you used to be able to search for songs by just typing into the playlist without the search function or ctrl+f and it would take you to songs that start with the letter F if you press F in the playlist.
That seems to have gone now, and the search for all songs starting with F just keeps playing the songs with F as the first letter, it used to just skip to F songs in the playlist but keep playing the entire list
