Shuffle play adds playlist twice or worse

Whenever I click to shuffle play a playlist, it adds the playlist twice in the queue if it's a shorter playlist (less than 40 songs) or will add songs from the start of the playlist randomly in the middle of the queue order if it's a longer playlist.

• Is this on all devices or only on Windows? What about the webplayer?
• When did this start happening?
• Is this for all content?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
