Songs not available on desktop version...but they are on the mobile app?

Songs not available on desktop version...but they are on the mobile app?

This week I noticed there were a lot more grayed out tracks than usual in the New Music Tuesday playlist. When I tried to play those tracks, I would get the message "This track is currently not available in the United States," etc. I would have assumed that was normal and these tracks were simply listed for the sake of other regions, but then I noticed I can play all of these tracks perfectly fine in my mobile version....just not my desktop version. What's going on? Is something wrong with my desktop version of Spotify?

(For reference, some songs I have grayed out include "Pay No Mind" by Madeon & Passion Pit and "I'm On Fire" by AWOLNATION. These songs play just fine in my Android app.)

Can you try logging out of the Spotify app on your computer? Then log back in and see if it works

Oh, my problem finally fixed itself a few days later. Thanks, though!

I have the same issue and have logged back off/on. No more Ja Rule before tomorrow night's concert :*(

I had this problem with Avantasia's last album. I could fix it reinstalling Spotify (don't forgot to clean your cache)

I am having the same issue. I deleted the cache, I restarted my computer, I cleanly reinstalled spotify and still some songs won't be available. They work fine on android though...
