Spotify Wont Open

Spotify App just stopped working about two weeks ago. The app won't even open.

I am able to use the Webplayer straight from Spotify.

I've read all the other posts and nothing worked.

Spotify is not running in processes, its completely off.

Restarted computer, nothing

I deleted and reinstalled, did nothing.

All drivers are up to date.

Latest troubleshooter says that Spotify is Incompatible Application. Spoke to Spotify over chat and they don't know what the issue is.

1. Spotify "help" sucks!

2. Does anyone have any ideas?

I've heard rumors that MS isn't going to support Win 7 any longer. Could that be the issue?
