Spotify connect on desktop keeps reconnecting

My Question or Issue

 Lately i have an issue with Spotify connect in windows, not being able to probe the network properly for devices that can play music. For some reason the desktop version keep reconnecting or search the network and the list with available devices are blinking and acting odd.  

I have a setup where i am using one of the laptops to play music on my system, and controls it from my phone. But recently this is not possible as the desktop app keeps loosing connectivity for some reason.  

Connecting an older phone i have running android, i can see and control the device from my main phone running android. But then i cant control the volume which was possible when playing on the laptop.

Didnt have this issue a week ago.

Anyone else that have seen this behaviour?
