Spotify doesn't retrieve song info and Home page

My Question or Issue

A few days ago I have been experiencing strange behavior with the Windows application. And it does not obtain information about the current song (artist profile, lyrics) nor does it manage to load the home page correctly.

I've noticed that when I close and open the app, everything works fine, for a while. Everything goes to waste after a while or when the computer returns from the Suspend state.

I have already tried trying what is recommended, clean reinstallation, restarting the computer, activating-disabling Hardware Acceleration.

We're already aware of this situation and is under investigation, thanks for your report. You can check out this thread to keep yourself updated and don't forget to add your vote. Now, this has already been resolved for most Windows users, so make sure you're app is up-to-date. We understand you already reinstalled the app, but just to make sure everything is okay, we recommend reinstalling it one last time.
