Spotify is Abnormally Laggy. Please support.

Hello friends I really love using Spotify, but there is something that has been bothering me a lot lately. Normally I was using Windows 10, but I automatically upgraded my device to Windows 11 because microsoft said that they would remove support for Windows 10. But not even 2 days after my upgrade, I'm experiencing something that bothers me a lot. Spotify is lagging a lot.

My Device Specifications:
Processor INTEL Core Ultra 7 265KF
Graphics Card ASUS GeForce RTX 4090 24GB
Ram: 32GB DDR5
2TB M.2 SSD

If you check my device specs, you'll notice that this is very abnormal because if I had a Windows 11 computer with a low system, I wouldn't really care about this much lag. But on the device I

But on the device I use as a rendering computer, spotify is officially 1 FPS. Everything from button delays, image loading, program opening, page scrolling, clicking on cards, everything works very late.

Since I thought it was a software problem, I did a lot of research on the internet and nothing I tried worked. Finally I decided to look for help here.

I would appreciate if you can help with this issue.
