Spotify playlists made on my PC are not syncing on other devices

I have made playlists on my computer but when I go to use my phone or other computers the playlists are not there.

Hey,

Sorry you have been having issues with Spotify - I can try my best to help you today.

Please could you switch all devices to offline mode on Spotify for 5 - 10 minutes then try again?

To do this on a Windows Desktop, go to Files -> Offline Mode
