My Question or Issue

For no reason, Spotify will pause my song after about half a second every time I unpause it. The only temporary fix to this is to quit the app and restart it. How do I fix this issue permanently?

Hey there @IanDaBest

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? If this only happens on one device, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If it happens across devices, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if that does the trick? If you've been using WiFi, you can try creating a hotspot on your phone and using that or vice versa.

Keep us posted on how it goes.
