Summary of 2023 - R.E. Developers and Designers

Have been told to move this message to the "Help" section, so I am assuming it won't be 'closed' on this section - thanks.

2023 has definitely not been the year for the designers and the developers!

- Now Playing button in Settings stopped working (and seems to be no plans from HQ to actually solve this?)

- AI DJ bot which is super invasive.

- Home page is not loading... at all.

- The spacing between the Title and Artist Name has decreased which is unbelievably off-putting.

- The left hand side bar was a lot better being 'fluid' - it's grid locked and uneasy to use.

My 'Help' question is: When is this rubbish going to stop?

About 95% of users on this platform absolutely hate the new Spotify. The developers need to take their thumb out of their backsides and take some criticism before they lose business because you're only turning away your own users!

I understand that you need to test things, but you've done enough user testing - we've tested it, and we hate it!
