The authorize page after clicking log in doesn't load

The authorize page after clicking log in doesn't load

Trying to log on the windows app. When I click the log in button it takes me to "https://accounts.spotify.com/authorize..." but the page never loads. I can't get the web player to load either. I've disabled all ad blockers and reinstalled spotify.

Hey there!

 

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community! 

 

We'd recommend starting off by trying to log in on the web player in an incognito window or using a different browser. Hopefully this will cause a sync and let you log in the desktop app.

 

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.

when it says authorize it does nothing
