Unable to custom order playlists in folders

My Question or Issue

Lately, I have been unable to custom order my playlists in different folders. This used to not be a problem, but for some reason, it suddenly stopped letting me. It gives me the option to custom order the playlists, but when I actually try to organize them, they won't move to the spots I want them in. I'm not sure if I'm the only one having this problem or not, but I was wondering if there's any way to fix it?

Try switching off the custom order and then going back to it. Attempt to move a playlist within the folder and see if the green lines appear for where you can place it:

If the line appears but you still can't place the playlists where you want them to be, we can try some troubleshooting to see if that would make things work as expected:

- Try clearing the app's cached data and restart it. To do so, follow the steps here.

- If this doesn't do the trick, see if removing all Spotify data and installing the app anew would solve it for you. To see how to do this, follow the instructions from this FAQ article.
