Where is the miniplayer button?

I already posted about this, but it got removed because there's apparently a solution. Only problem is that the solution is on Linux. I am on windows. I can't just switch which branch I downloaded on windows. I also can't install the linux version on windows!!!!!

Where is the spotify miniplayer? It was released in March. I have a clean instillation as of yesterday. Again, I can't install the linux version on windows.

Is the miniplayer avaliable or not? If it's only avaliable on the devtest branch on linux, why was it announced? I'm a spotify premium member. 

Please do not move this post to the linux solution. That does not work for windows!!!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you check if the feature is available on the Web Player? If it is, try logging out and signing back in to your account on the desktop app - this will force a resync which may help here.

In case the issue persists, please share a screenshot which captures how the app looks on your end so we can investigate further.
